Tarleton is not only full of spirit but also the determination of hard-working individuals who strive to surpass and succeed the given expectations. For many students, that not only means schoolwork but also a job. Going through classes all day then going straight to work can be mentally and physically exhausting. Texan News talked to students working around Tarleton and in the Stephenville area this past week. Many students expressed that enjoy their jobs, while some feel the opposite. But all of them can agree, “A little extra cash never hurt anyone.”

"The biggest difficulty is definitely time management. All of us here try to fit in as much hours as possible to pay bills on top of school, so it takes time away from doing things outside of school. But while working here, I have made so many friends."-Hunter, HEB
